Cancel 7+ days prior to your class: Full refund—easy and hassle-free.
Cancel within 7 days of your class: Receive 100% credit to apply toward a future clay session.
Cancel within 48 hours of your class: No refund or credit, but you can reschedule for a 35% fee.

Running Late? Here’s What You Should Know
We encourage everyone to arrive 15 minutes early so you have time to settle in before the class begins, get a coffee, use the amenities. Starting on time ensures that we have enough time to work through the project without feeling rushed.
If you're running behind, don’t stress! We’ll do our best to get you up to speed, but here's what to expect:
Getting Caught Up: When you arrive, we’ll help you catch up without interrupting the class. However, missing key parts of the demonstration may affect what you’re able to complete during the session.
Realistic Expectations:You may not finish everything as planned, but rest assured we’ll ensure you still have a positive and enjoyable experience.
🚨 Arriving More Than 30 Minutes Late?
If you're more than 30 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you. The class will have progressed too far by then, and it could impact your experience as well as the flow for others. Entry will be at the discretion of the instructor.
Unfortunately, due to time constraints, we’re unable to offer refunds or reschedules for late arrivals. Our best tip? Try to arrive on time to fully enjoy the experience and leave with a project you can be proud of!
Severe Weather Event Reschedule Policy
At Clay Temple Co., we prioritize your safety and satisfaction. In the event of a severe weather event (e.g., tornadoes, cyclones, flash flooding, bush fires) that affects your ability to attend your scheduled appointment, we want to ensure you have a flexible and seamless solution.
Reschedule Policy for Severe Weather Events:
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for missed appointments due to severe weather.
No Shows: We will attempt to reach out, however if the class is missed we do not offer refunds - reschedules are made without any extra cost
Voucher or Coupon for Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend your appointment because of a severe weather event, we will provide you with a voucher or coupon to reschedule your booking. The value of this voucher will match the amount you paid for your original appointment (if booked via alternative platform we cover our charge not the full charge inclusive of the commission rate of booking platform)
How It Works:
Contact Us: If you are unable to make it to your appointment due to the severe weather, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
Voucher/Coupon Issuance: Once we receive your inquiry, we will send you a voucher or coupon via email or through your account on our website. This voucher will allow you to reschedule your appointment online at no additional cost, we do not offer refunds.
We Will Contact You: If you do not contact us about the missed appointment, we will make every effort to reach out to you at our earliest convenience to provide you with a voucher or coupon and rescheduling details. If we do not hear from you within a 3-month timeframe, this will void any eligibility for refunds, credits, or rescheduling options.
Stay Informed: We will provide continuous updates on our social media platforms to keep you informed of the weather situation and how it may affect your appointment.
Important Details:
Vouchers or coupons are valid for up to 1 year from the time of handover and are non-transferable.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, we do not allow refunds for our vouchers.
Overbooking, Studio Rights/Refunds & Minimum Booking Policy – Clay Temple.Co
At Clay Temple.Co, we are committed to providing a calm, inspiring, and enjoyable creative experience for all our students. Occasionally, due to the nature of operating across multiple booking platforms, overbookings or minimum booking issues may occur.
While these situations are rare, we have a clear and fair process in place to resolve any issues as smoothly as possible.
If an overbooking occurs or a class has not met the minimum booking requirement, we may offer one of the following options:
1. Bring a Friend
Occasionally, another booking may change, leaving a single participant below our minimum requirement of two people. In these cases, you are welcome to invite a friend to join your session. We will always do our best to assist and help make the class proceed wherever possible.
2. Reschedule Your Session
We may offer to move your session to another available time on the same day, or to another suitable date based on studio availability.
3. Credit Voucher
If rescheduling is not convenient, we may issue a credit voucher equal to the full value of your original booking. Credit vouchers are valid for 12 months and may be used toward any future Clay Temple.Co class or experience.
4. Partial Refund (Up to 40%)
In more severe or unavoidable circumstances, we may offer a partial refund of up to 40%, assessed on a case-by-case basis, where a student no longer wishes to attend following communication regarding possible same-day session changes.
Clay Temple.Co will always make every reasonable effort to ensure classes proceed and will not intentionally cancel classes where an alternative option can be provided.
5. Studio Rescheduling Rights / TBC Status
Clay Temple.Co reserves the right to reschedule any class booking within a 24-hour window where necessary. This may occur due to circumstances including, but not limited to:
Teacher or staff unavailability
Construction or building closures
Studio maintenance or electrical issues
Equipment or operational malfunctions
Unforeseen venue or safety concerns
In these circumstances, your booking may be placed into a TBC (To Be Confirmed) status. A TBC booking allows students the flexibility to reschedule their class to another available date of their choosing within a 12-month period from the original booking date.
We sincerely appreciate our students’ understanding and flexibility, and we will always do our best to provide clear communication and suitable solutions wherever possible.
